Job Screening and Background Checks.

We know that letting a stranger into your home can sometimes be unsettling. At Anytyme Plumbing and Drain we'll only hire technicians that we would trust in our homes and then we instill in them the highest standards of professionalism, courtesy, and cleaniness.  

In order to maintain these highest of standards from our plumbers, each technician is required to have every one of their customers fill out a short customer satisfaction survey after the job is complete which they have to turn in with their invoice. The simple form rates the technicians on professionalism, cleanliness, courtesy, and other factors. Any technician who cannot maintain high ratings in all these areas does not remain an Anytyme technician. 

Screening and Background Checks

Each Anytime Plumbing and Drain applicant must go through extensive pre-employment screening including employment background checks, personal and professional reference checks, criminal record checks, drug use testing, driving record checks, and even a credit check to assure that we hire only the most honest, reliable, responsible, and respectful technicians.
